Staff from California’s Oceanic Society nursed this injured Hawksbill turtle back to health in their field station in Belize after it was brought to them by a local resident. The staff fed it fish and brought it out for supervised swimming sessions each morning, and now it’s almost healthy enough to release. Credit: Brian Hutchinson
